Minimum Age of entry is 17 years old
PRE-RACE INFORMATION
- The Event will be held on the LodeStar Event/Festival Fieldshere will be signs through the village directing you to the venue.
- Parking will be available at the venue, marshals will direct you where to park.
- Parking is at your own risk.
- The Race will be held via a race permit from the Association of Running Clubs.
- Event registration will open at 8.00am and all runners must check in at the registration desks by 10.00am
- You will be issued with your running number and timing chip.
- Running numbers must be attached to the front of each runner and timing chips to the runners shoe.
- Runners must securely fix the timing chips using the ties provide to their shoes. Timing chips must be returned at the end of the race to receive your medal.

There will be a manned bag drop. Baggage labels will be provide at the bag drop. A baggage label will need to be attached to your bag displaying your running number. Bags will only be returned to runners wearing their running number. All bags left will be entirely at your own risk, and please keep baggage to a minimum.
• Toilets will be provided near the start line.
• Water will be provided at points around the course.
• Medical Support will be available onsite.
The organisers of this event will not be held responsible for any injury, accident, loss or damage that may arise before, during or after the event as a consequence of a competitor’s participation in the race. If you are in any doubt as to your health in competing in this event you should seek medical advice from your local GP or medical advisor. You enter at your own risk.
Mandatory Safety Briefing will be held at approximately 10.10am.
In the interests of safety, cyclists, buggies and dogs are not permitted on the course. Dogs are not allowed on the event grounds. The course is not suitable for wheelchairs.
EVENT CANCELLATION
If the event is cancelled due to weather conditions, pandemic, or circumstances beyond our control refunds will not be made.
REFUNDS
• Registration fee is non-refundable.
• For safety reasons please do not just give your entry details to another runner.
• Registrations can be transferred.
MEDIA
By entering this event you are consenting to the event organiser to record and photograph you in conjunction with the event. You give the event organiser permission to use your photograph, or recording taken in conjunction with the event, on any media and social media for any legitimate purpose without compensation to you. Any such photographs and recordings by the event organiser shall become the sole property of the event organiser.
